Processing Time
All cookies are freshly baked and decorated to order.
Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Method
We use USPS Priority Mail (or similar carriers) for fast, tracked delivery.
Typical transit time is 1–3 business days within Texas.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Important Note
We package cookies with care, using protective wrapping to help prevent damage in transit. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
Why? Your cookies are custom-made and begin preparation shortly after ordering to ensure freshness and quality.
Refunds
Each cookie order is made especially for you. For that reason, we’re unable to offer refunds once baking has begun. If you need to make changes or request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Damaged Shipments
We package each order carefully, but if your cookies arrive with significant damage, please email us photos within 24 hours of delivery.
We will do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.
